General Terms and Conditions | Nutrifeel Online Store

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online store Nutrifeel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Offers

All product descriptions, prices, and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly. Nutrifeel reserves the right to update or discontinue products without notice.
All offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices and Shipping

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Costs:
- Naturaleza® products: CHF 8.90 (Delivery in 2–4 business days)
- Nutriop Longevity® products: CHF 8.90 (Delivery in 4–6 business days)
Shipping is currently available only within Switzerland.

4. Order Process and Contract

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are dispatched. Nutrifeel reserves the right to cancel any order without providing a reason.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via secure payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the stated timeframes. However, delivery delays may occur due to supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Nutrifeel is not liable for delays beyond its control.

7. Returns and Refunds

At this time, Nutrifeel does not offer returns or refunds. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@nutrifeel.ch to resolve the issue.

8. Liability

Nutrifeel is not responsible for misuse of products. All health-related products should be used according to provided instructions and after consulting a healthcare professional if necessary.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except for fulfilling your order.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the business location of Nutrifeel in Vouvry, Switzerland.
