At Nutrifeel, we aim to deliver your health and wellness products swiftly and safely across Switzerland. Please read below to understand our shipping timelines, fees, and other delivery-related terms based on the product category.


Shipping Zones

We currently ship only within Switzerland. Orders placed for international delivery will not be processed.

Please note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • In case of delays due to stock issues or courier service interruptions, we will inform you by email or phone.


Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment status in real-time via our courier partner’s website.


Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier fails to deliver after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to the warehouse.

  • You may contact us to arrange a re-shipment (additional charges may apply).


Returns & Refunds

Currently, we do not offer a refund or return policy. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.
